mexican is good. just make up beans and rice, some kinda 'meat' (chicken, taco meat, non-meat is good too, etc), refried beans, some veggies like pepers and onions, salsa and/or taco sauce, cheese, and tortillas. and just set it all out on the table and let people put together thier own stuff. this kinda thing is great for feeding a bunch of people who range from canavoire to vegan. and if you make it with chicken (even the real 'cluck cluck' kind) and cook with vegtable oils for everything else its all low fat low cholesteral, but will fill you up too. and its very easy to make.
