Warning TMI!!!

This morning my ds woke up with poop in his bed!!!!!!

I dont' even know how its possible, he was wearing shorties, a l/s tee shirt, a footed sleeper and a sleep sack!!!!

And it wasn't there earlier in the day when he took his nap and there was no poop on his hands either.
