Re: Pizza dough -- What's your favorite from-scratch recipe?
I cheat and use a bread machine, but it is just 1 cup water, 3 cups flour, 2 T oil, 1t salt and 2t yeast. Not sure if you'd have to change this to make it without the machine, or not.
