Hey momma, my dd is allergic to eggs, so we dont use them too much here. I basically just find main recipes without eggs. For baking, I use Soy Flour, which is what egg replacer is (just more expensive, lol). You can get a 1lb bag of Soy flour in most stores for around $5 or a box of egg replacer (usually 12oz) for almost $20.
For the Soy flour, you use 1 tablespoon of Soy Flour with 2 Tablespoons of water for each egg.
