I know this is too late. But I love Bacon chestnut wraps.
Cut bacon in thirds. Wrap around water chestnut and secure with a toothpick. Bake at 350 for half an hour. While baking make sauce.
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons soy sauce
Drain the grease off wraps then dip in sauce. Place in new baking dish and bake for another 1/2 hour at 350.
