We chop the turkey in a food processor and then add some mayo, cheese, seasoning (whatever you want..instead of the mayo you could do cream cheese....or go a complete different direction and add sketti sauce) Then we unfold crescents into a square (2 triangles...) Roll it all up in a "pouch" and bake. Kinda turns out like turkey hot pockets.
We also shred it with gravy...but we eat it over biscuits...or toast if that is all we have.
We NEVER have left over ham.....Once the glaze is done, my family can't get enough....
Although sometimes I do set some aside for bean soup.
