Haha. Showed her!! :)

DS had his 9 month WBV today. We didn't get to see his usual (more AP) doctor b/c she's always booked for months in advance. So we saw the other doctor in the practice. She was asking what DS eats and stuff, and was surprised when we told her that he only gets solids twice a day. She asked when we planned on adding a third and I told her probably not anytime soon since breastmilk needs to be his main source of nutrition. She tried to tell me that was only for the first 6 months. *laughs* Then she said he'd need an iron supplement because at this age they stop getting enough from BM. (His iron was also low the last time we went, but that was my fault, as I hadn't been keeping up with my prenatals or eating correctly). I told her to check his iron before she gave us a prescription for the iron. It was perfect. Ha.

His weight is really low (he's 17lbs & 30"), but I'm not worried about it, as DH is very tall & lean. Anyway. Just wanted to share that.
