i definitly prefered the fit and absorbancy of the NB SBs over the KL 0's. however, my DS outgrew the NB SBs at 2wks when he was 10&1/2lbs (born 9lbs, 4oz, went down to 8&1/2lbs). he did fit into the small regular SBs OCV fitteds from the start too, though they were definitly bulkier then the NB ones.
