I have a great cheese soup recipe, but . . . it's made with Velveeta. You can add ham, cauliflower, broccoli, potatoes, etc. LMK if you want the recipe and I'll post it.

I would like to find a good one without using Velveeta, but I haven't looked yet, so I'll be keeping an eye on this thread.
