Ohh, those are yummy. I think you can give them those whenever they seem able - but starting around or after the time one would start solids - so 4 months or older, I think. They make the biggest mess, I remember that. I think I liked them better than my son did, LOL.
I came back to add something, LOL: if I remember right the boxes say to wait until they can crawl with their tummy off the ground? Some of them say that - and that they should be able to sit up. According to them it would be way later, but I think my ds started them after 6 months just because I never gave him anything but breastmilk or formula up until then. That's what I remember anyway, LOL.
