I have no advice for you. Our issues started much like yours... and then my DD progressed to biting. I was miserable but it's better now.
ETA: It shouldn't take too long for her to adjust her sucking patterns for her new teeth. Provided that she doesn't develop a love of chomping down, you hopefully won't have much longer to deal with this. Best of luck!!!
