When I was pregnant with dd my tsh levels were super low. <0.01 which was the lowest the test could read. However my free T3 and T4 levels were within acceptable range. TSH is simply an screen and not always a predictable indicator of thyroid function. Do you know your free T3 and T4 right now? That would give you more useful information. If you are pregnant already, it is dangerous to have a decreased T4 (thyroid is not producing enough hormone). It is less dangerous for the baby if you have an increased T4. However it seems to be more difficult to get pregnant with an increased T4 because more often that not increased thyroid activity causes irregular cycles.
