Puree the vegetables and then add it to any ingredient you make. You can add any puree to meatloafs, burgers, chicken nuggets, etc. You can slip it into your pastas, even your baked goods.
Freeze the puree into ice cube trays and you can simply melt and enjoy them in your meals.
