I took it from 14 weeks on. When I looked into it, there were no studies suggesting any negative effects from it. I had the worst morning sickness - I started taking it after I had spent an entire day throwing up like 10 times, not being able to keep anything down, and finally going to the ER for fluids because I was so dehydrated.
I had no problems with it, it was a lifesaver for me - didn't end the nausea completely, but stopped me from throwing up all over the place. I took it once every 2 or 3 days (I tried to only take it when I was feeling really crappy) through my entire pregnancy. And my DD is perfectly healthy.
