I'm kind of glad they didn't since his cord was around his neck. I'll be honest, though, I wasn't really paying attention to them. When my body was pushing, I wasn't fighting it...hehe. I knew it was natural and okay. They weren't forceful about it or rude. They were the BEST nurses anyone could ask for. The one I mentioned in detail said she tried to go natural with all 4 of her children, but never could, so she was VERY supportive of what we were trying to do!
