Re: Discriminatory shipping for Canadians?
I ship to Canada and always go by the website for shipping quotes. As long as it isn't too heavy to go First Class, it is rarely very much more than shipping domestically. I've never had any problems.
However, regarding people not wanting to ship internationally, or being only willing to ship Priority which costs more...could it be due to the time it takes for FC international to be delivered? I mean, with regards to opening a Paypal dispute in case of an issue? I know that at times it takes things 4-6 weeks to be delivered to (and from) Canada when being shipped first class, and I can understand people being nervous about waiting so long for their package to be delivered.
I know that I breathe a sigh of relief every time I see from the DC# that a domestic package has been delivered safely; and I don't have that reassurance when shipping to Canada. I could see that keeping people from wanting to ship internationally at all.
