How do you accurately estimate shipping? I've been using the USPS calculator, but am frequently off a dollar or two when I get to the PO. I don't want to eat the excess, (I refund if I've overestimated, but since postage is usually included in the price, I don't want to ask for more after I've quoted a price.)
Any advice out there?
