I was surprised about the vinegar in the ingredients. It did taste funny, but we're new to GF. We tried Pamela's bread mix, and it's expensive, but the family really liked it. My problem is that either my oven runs hot, or the bread maker was a little too old, because the loaves don''t seem to be cooking all the way. DH and I gave up an ordered a bread maker with a GF setting last night.
