I made this last night for dinner and it was so good! DD ate a TON and she never eats much of anything. I didn't have pork on hand, so I used some beef sirloin that I got really cheap. Also didn't have wild rice mix, so I used a plain herb flavored mix. It's one of those dishes I think you could use just about any type of meat and it'd be good.

1. Sprinkle pork with pepper and salt. In a large skillet, brown pork in oil. Meanwhile, drain oranges, reserving juice; set oranges aside.
2. Add water, rice mix with contents of seasoning packet, onions and reserved juice to skillet. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 10-12 minutes or until pork juices run clear and liquid is absorbed. Stir in oranges and heat through.
Makes 4 servings. 274 calories per serving.
Oh, and it only took me about 20 minutes to throw it together! It's definitely a keeper here!
