Lazy Day Cabbage Rolls
1 head green cabbage
1 lb ground beef
1 med onion, chopped
3/4 c uncooked rice
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 can tomato soup
2 c water
1/8-1/4 tsp each of salt, pepper, oregano, onion powder, and garlic powder
1. Chop half of cabbage and cut other half into thin wedges.
2. Brown ground beef and onion; drain. Add rice, tomato soup, stewed tomatoes, water, chopped cabbage, and spices. Mix well; Pour into cassarole dish.
3. Place cabbage wedges on top. Cover and bake at 350 until cabbage is tender and rice is cooked (40min-1hr).
