cut into little rectangles (the extra firm type) then dredge them in itallian style breadcrumbs (can dip in egg first if you want) and pan saute in olive oil. When crispy and warm, place on a bed of pasta and pour marinara over it (top with parmesean cheese if desired). Tofu Parmesean!
