Mine is pretty much the same routine as Carey-Anne.... I don't use wool wash though. Since I go 4-6 weeks between washes I need something a tad stronger, I use 1/4 cup Castile soap or baby shampoo, then I add my lanolin mixture to the rinse cycle and stop it to soak for 30 minutes.
