New Child has seasonal guides too. http://www.newchildmontessori.com/

Some of the Williams Little Hands book series has activities not based in cutting/pasting that are divided by season.

Added: Charlotte Mason incorporates nature studies into her methodology, and so besides formal science investigating the natural world/identifying local flora and fauna, etc spending hours outside is an important part in many curricula inspired by her philosophy, as well as reading a lot of books.

As a pp said, Waldorf uses a ton of nature based activities.

The curriculum I use has themes which mostly work with the seasons, but not necessarily intended to follow them. Like next month there's a fall and a Halloween theme (which I intend to turn into a bugs/Arachnids/night creatures theme), and December includes world holidays and Christmas themes.
