So I am a diet soda and caffeine addict. I had deliberately cut down by cutting out artificial sweeteners. Then I caved over Christmas and allowed myself to drink them. Now that I am working out again I don't feel compelled to drink them and I have tons of energy so I don't miss them. I can have one as a treat without going hog wild.
