I also have the 12 c cuisenart but with the extra 3 c insert. I use the 3 c a lot more but it is nice to have the 12 c for dough (cookie, pie, pizza, pasta). However, I agree with the pp-gotta love an immersion blender! I have a crappy Betty Crocker one and use the heck out of it forded veggies, soups, and sauces!
