I'm not sure about yoga either but look up piriformis stretch and do that. Also, sitting on a birthing ball instead of chairs or couches. Using impeccable posture helps too. I've been seeing a chiropractor who helps a lot too. Massage has been a huge relief. I have been on bed rest due to lower back pain and si joint issues since 14 weeks pregnant (I'm now 27 weeks) I'm sorry you are having issues. hopefully some of these suggestions help you as much as they've helped me.
