Meat and Potatoes

Brown 1 lb. hamburger meat and chopped onion, breaking up until crumbled. Once cooked and drained of grease add 1/2 inch peeled chunks of russet potatoes (as many as you like) to pan. Add 1 can tomato sauce and enough water to cover. Sprinkle in salt, garlic powder, ground cumin and pepper to taste. Bring to a boil, then reduce to just under a boil, cover and let cook until potatoes are tender--about 25 minutes. Serve with bread. Filling, cheap, and can be doubled or tripled as necessary, adding more potatoes to feed more people.
