Re: Eating organic/All natural on a budget?

I have a saying and it's this 'we eat as much organic food as we can afford.'
When something goes on sale we stock up!! I have seen organic beef with the reduced label and purchased 10. The same story with chicken. Also, the frozen foods from Cascadian farms *or whatever* we purchase on sale when it goes for $1.50 a package or something. In the summer go to the Farmers Market. Here there isn't that much of a price difference but where we used to live it was HUGE!
I have had to compromise some, but we eat extremely well. I recently made a menu and that has helped significantly with our food budget. You might want to look into that and use what is on sale.
