add milk or water until it's a pretty thin mixture, just not soupy, KWIM?

Bake at 450* for about 15-20 min or until golden brown....I love it a bit browner, cause it makes the outer crispy!!
This is how dh made it the other night. He used the recipe on the back of the corn meal box but only used 1/2 of the sugar & salt but you can omit those completely if you'd like. Some people don't like sweet corn bread. We put some honey butter on it and it was perfect!!
