Great website - food ingredients

I've been doing crazy amounts of research trying to find better foods to feed my family and acceptable foods for a GF/CF diet for my son. I came across this site today kindof by accident and thought I would share in case it helps someone else. http://www.foodfacts.com - You can look up specific foods, search by brand, look up recipes.... It tells you exactly what is in an item and even explains why to avoid certain ingredients. I watched a couple of the videos and they were very informative as well.
