What are you making for dinner?

Thought I would start another one of these threads in the past it has given me some great Idea's. We are having apricot glazed pork chop's,rice pilaf & pea's. for dessart we are having fresh strawberries and angelfood cake with whip cream.

we had tilapia lightly fried in evo, green beans, mashed potatoes

Oven Fried Bone in Pork chops...with a pan gravy. Parmesan Lemon Orzo, Green Beans, and French bread...

YUP~~~
1 Box of Orzo
1Pot Boiling Heavilly salted water
Boil for 8 Minutes

Zest and Juice 1 whole lemon PUT aside
1/2Stick of Butter Softened
2Cloves Garlic Minced ( i use the zester)
1/2 Cup parm (sketti parm in our house)
Combine all in the bowl tossing with the Drained Orzo
Salt and Pepper to taste

Thats it...

wow. yalls dinner sounds great! we had leftover burrito and chips n salsa. And I imagine Ill have a bowl of chocolate peanut butter cup ice cream after the LO goes to bed.
