Suggestions Please! (Bread Maker & Cookbooks)

Hi mamas! I didn't even see this forum and posted it in the healthy living section! Anyways-ds2 has several health issues and one of his most recent diagnosis is that he has SEVERE soy/milk protein intolerance. While talking to the Nutritionist she mentioned making our own bread. Also, I know this is going to be a long road ahead of us and we need to jump into this as a family, so I am looking for good cook books that have recipes for soy/milk/dairy free idea. Any Suggestions? He also has severe reflux, so we have to take that into consideration with diet as well. Thanks so much mamas!
