Help me pick new playset

We are going to get DS a playset this year with our income tax refund (we are also going to get a shed). Our ground is soft. DH has been able to stick a piece of rebar into it with just his hands (about 18 inches into the ground).

Here is our yard. The current shed will be gone (because it is about to fall down ). I am leaving these big so you can see the colored stakes in the yard. The blue and green stakes to the far left are measured with a 6 foot clearance on the side and rear property line (so that the long way of the playset is against our neighbor to our left) and the ones on the right are with a 6 foot clearance on the left and right and rear (so that the long way of the playset is against the rear of the yard).:

The orange stake is the shed with a 3 foot setback from the property line. The shed has to be in this position because of code restrictions in our town.
This is the shed only it will be 10 by 10 and this shed is 16 by 10.

The blue stakes are:
More information can be found here about it.

The green stakes are:
More information can be found here about it.

And the Red stake is:

It is a Lowes set that can be pieced together. This set actually comes with a tarp like roof but I want a solid roof so it would look much like this.

All of the sets have swings, slide, rock climbing wall, and monkey bars.

I am so confused! Please help!

Thank you!

Have you looked at Cedarworks? Their playsets are made of cedar (duh) and are splinter free and don't require staining ever. We're getting dd one of their Revelry playset beds for her birthday. They will help you custom build a playset, and can help you with the soft dirt thing, too, I bet!

The home improvement places ones are so thin wooded that they break easily and have low weight limits. What is your budget?
Do you have a Rainbow showroom near you? You can get into their "preboxed" sets for nearly the same price as those listed above, much better quality.
Or try KidsCreations.com We bought ours from there, and they were even cheaper than Rainbow & better quality still.

We do have a rainbow showroom (actually I think it is in the parking lot so I am not sure it is open) fairly near us. When I was living not too far from here I went up there for just a cinnabon cinnamon roll so it is definitely doable.

We definitely want something that will last for a long time. Our children will be at least 4.5 years apart so that is weighing on my mind. I would like something that my next child could have as much fun on when they are DS age (will be 3 at the end of sept) as DS will. DH is a bit concerned about our soil and is a bit scared of concrete. (I am really stretching him to build the shed and the playset, but I know what I am doing so he could watch DS and I will build it. ). So he is liking the idea of a free standing playset or at least one that details the concrete well.

It looks like the top one provides the most shade.

Don't want a tarp roof(although ours is going strong 2 year out, on all year long), swap out a wood one. They do that for you!!

Wow! Those (cedar works) look pricey! Are they? I love them but I wonder if I will have to take out a second mortgage.

We would like to say under $2000
