How sad. It happens EVERY year. Why won't people learn to keep kids INSIDE while mowing is going on?

Amen! I saw the grandpa of a dad my kids go to daycare with riding the little boy (1) on his lawn mower while pulling a tiller (think big heavy round thing with spikes) It terrified me and I told DH our kids NEVER are to ride on the lawn mower with him.
