Yep, smalls. My 16 lb 10 month old swims in hers. I'll be surprised if we ever end up sizing up.

Does your baby have a long rise? If so, you may want larges. The rise runs pretty short on them.

Hmm, I'm not sure. I actually prefer a high rise though.

I would do large...my DS has been wearing them since 8 months old. I'm putting smalls on my 2 month old.

My DD is almost 11 months and 22.5 pounds and 28 inches and still in her Small's........they fit awesome and we have one snap setting to go. She's pretty chunky but slimming down now so I think they'll be fitting for awhile.

Small! Also the bamboo are a little stretchier so they fit a little bigger
