Diaper Swappers

So i made 50 jars of strawberry jam and NONE set. I reprossessed them, added more suregel and they're still NOT set.

ADVICE?

Sometimes it can take a day for the jam to set. How long has it been?
Don't throw it out if it doesn't set. You can use it for other stuff, like strawberry topping for desserts. Maybe strawberry pie filling? Maybe strawberry pancake syrup?

Strawberry jam that doesn't set is awesome on ice cream and on waffles or pancakes!

Oh man,

I had this problem with blueberry butter last year. Its still an excellent dip for french toast, or even regular toast.

Hehe...when my mom had done some jellies or jams that didn't set, she wrote "sauce" on them!
