When dd was ebf she would go anywhere from 1-4 times a day. She actually went every time she ate up until she turned 4 months old. Now she's a little over 6 months and we've started solids. She will go every other day, or every day. Is this alright? Actually, she didn't go today or yesterday. I don't think her tummy is hurting her...

My daughter used to only go every 2-3 days and the ped said that was ok. Now that we are introducing, she goes more, and it's always differant. Hope that's not TMI.

DD used to go every 2-3 days, now that we're adding solids it's all up in the air! We had a week where she went every morning, and then a week where she went like 4 days without (obvious tummy upset by the end of that).

My son is 2 and daughter is 3 and they both seem to poop usually 1x a day now and it happens to be at the same time or one after the other

If you don't think her tummy is hurting her than I wouldn't be too concerned ... Her poop habits will change because she is eating solids...

Ok, so what do you all think would be the maximum amount of time it's ok to go in between poops? She hasn't gone yet today, either. Im wondering if I should get her some prunes or something? I don't wanna start messing with anything, either.

It's perfectly ok to go a few days. When my son was ebf he could go a week between poops! Now that we're on solids he's actually going every couple of days. According to our ND doc she says up to a week is considered normal (but that was during ebf).

perfectly normal.

my kiddo poops once a day atleast (usually), sometimes still 2 or 3 (like today! yay! *sarcasm* atleast my new diaper sprayer is getting used!)

but she gets a pretty good amount of fiber because fresh fruit is a daily breakfast item. Which, I think might make a difference.
