Would I know...

if dd was given a taste of chocolate? I had an appointment and someone (family) was watching her for me. She is EBF and we have not started solids - this person knows I do not want to start them yet though they continue to ask if I have. I do trust them, obviously if I left her with him BUT in "their day" this kind of thing was "no big deal" and "we came out okay".

Anyways, it is killing me... Will her poop be effected by it? I know they woudl not have given her more then a taste if they did but STILL... I dont know I just worry...

Unless she reacted to it probably not, unless they gave her more than a taste. I would lose my mind if my family did that. It's not about whether or not it'll be an issue for baby, but respecting DH and my wishes as parents.

This. If I thought for even a second that someone, family or not, went against my wishes for my kids (my MIL tries this crap all the time), I'd call them out on it and put restrictions on them.
