Prenatal Yoga

Had the idea to do some yoga videos (kinda goes against my entire training mentality, but I'm getting desperate) at home. Any recommendations?

I've also considered pilates and general fitness. Any suggestions would be great! Thanks!

Element prenatal yoga is pretty good and I really like this 10min Pilates DVD. It actually has 50 min of Pilates broken into ten min segments or you can do it all at once. I also walk on a treadmill with weights....hmmm.. Hope that helps!

I really enjoy belly dancing in pregnancy. I find it to be a full body workout and very good for the pelvic floor. Daily I do the exercises by HabIt Pelvic Floor.

I only have Netflix streaming (don't have their mail service) and I haven't been able to find any type of yoga on there. Is there anyone else with streaming-only that can find prenatal yoga stuff on Netflix?
