This is a hip fastening two-size diaper pattern with snap in soakers, designed to fit babies and toddlers from 7-35lb in two adjustable sizes. Size 1 is for newborn-infant sizes, the rise is adjustable from 10” (unstretched) on the smallest setting to 16” (stretched) on the largest setting, and the waist is adjustable from 10”-20” accordingly. Size 2 is for infant-toddler sizes, the rise is adjustable from 13”-19”, and the waist is adjustable from 12”-24”. Please keep in mind, these measurements were taken when sewn with knit fabrics -- the use of woven fabrics will result in a smaller size range, since they do not stretch. This pattern can be used to sew fitted, all-in-one, all-in-two, and pocket diapers, as well as covers. It can also be sewn turned and topstitched or serged, depending on your preference.
