Maybe this is a bad idea but I thought I'd take cookies to the training today. Chocolate chip cookies....well not really chocolate chip, I only have chocolate flakes. I hope they turn out ok. If not I still have time to make the banana walnut cookies.

I'm going to the hairdresser in a little while.
I need to freshen up the dark under colour....I thought I'd add a another colour to the under layer today too. Something to compliment my glasses. A purple colour. Not too much but enough just to be interesting.

Can't wait to see the hair Janine. Do you feel like your meds are helping more lately? You seem like you feel more in control.

Just a regular day ahead here. MH wokexat 2 coughing so we re-dosed her and it worked and we all got to go back to sleep. The other two are snoring away now. I am about to do my yoga. Have some coffee andcsttle in for some quiet time..

Yes. I feel really good. I have noticed that between 3pm and 5pm I'm not in control of my ADHD as much but that's easily explained by the way the meds work. I'm at the end of the working dose and I have my next dose at 4pm. That takes a while to start working.
Other than that I feel good.

Do you notice it too? Can you see that in my posts?
