GMD workhorse fitted or swaddlebees NB simplex?
I'm having a baby in August. I've never CDed an infant/young baby as we started CDing our older son at about a year to try to save money. After trying several diapers & having A LOT of issues with hard water, I transitioned my stash to basically all natural fiber & easy to wash diapers (BGE's). With the new baby I plan to use mostly GMD prefolds & covers to start out with (until he fits better into our BGE's. But until that point, I'm considering something different for middle of the night changes when you want something quick & easy. Would the GMD workhorse fitteds work well for what I'm wanting? Or is there a better option out there? I'm also interested in trying the swaddlebees NB simplex. Thoughts?

Re: GMD workhorse fitted or swaddlebees NB simplex?
I have some workhorse in nb and in small. I have not had a chance to use them yet. It seems though with what I have read elsewhere that if you have a baby that is 9lbs or less it is really a good idea to use the nb. You might be able to get by with a small on a 9lb newborn, but I just don't want to risk the diaper being to big to begin with so I got both just in case. I figured if he did come out big, I could always just sell the nb.

I love the nb simplex. They are still fitting at 10 weeks with room to grow. Trim, clean up easily, dry fast.

What do you think about the workhorse sizing? Will I need NB or small?
