17P/Makena shots and migraines?

Has anyone with migraines done the 17p shots? I'm supposed to start mine on Wednesday and I just read on the Makena site that they are contraindicated with migraines.

I'm already so nervous about these shots but I have chronic migraines (15 or more a month) I can't take my migraine medicine while pregnant and I am having almost daily migraines right now. I'm not sure I could handle them being much worse but I also don't want a preemie. We already know this baby is a boy and I've always heard that boy preemies don't do as well as girls.
