If I love, love, love Thirstie's Duo Diaper

Should I bother trying the Duo AIO and the Duo fitted? I'm really just window shopping, but I've loved every Thirstie product I've bought so far and like a little variety in my stash. I've already got several of the Duo snap wraps and am loving those as well. We've got a stash of BGOS 3.0, Kushies, prefolds and flats; and I am sick of the hook/loop closures. They drive me nuts and have got to go.

Also, for the pros, if I did get more diapers-should I get size 1 or size 2 for my Bean. She's almost 2m and around 11lbs already, but both the covers and the Duo diaper(I only got one to try it out) are still snapped down to the smallest setting. When she outgrows them, it will probably be in the waist before the rise.

Oh, and if anyone knows if there is a similar style pocket for less $$ I'd love to hear about it.

My whole stash is made up of the thirsties duo AIOs I made the switch a few months ago and have zero regrets. I liek the AIOs way better than the duo diapers those never fit my DD well and I just hates stuffing diapers..
I;d probably go for the size 2 sh will grown into those faster and use them longer than getting the size one which might fit her great now but she'll out grow then pretty fast I'd imagine..

Do the AIO's take a long time to dry? I have the sized AIO and they take forever to dry unless I flip them inside out, my only complaint about them besides the Aplix-which I just hate regardless of diaper brand.

I would get size two and definitely try one before you invest in a lot. My daughter is 8 Weeks and about 11 lbs. She started leaking out of the size one everytime she write them so I sold them. Not sure if she would do better in the size two but I am afraid to try.

I love the size 2 on my 15lb almost 3 month old...but I think size 2 would be too big on an 11lber. But your at that stage where size 1 prob wont last that long. I'd try to find one on FSOT to try!

I have a pocket and an aio in size 2. For some reason my aio seems to be smaller than the pocket. I like it, but won't be getting more since I'm not sure how long it will fit my 20 pound son.

Try one before you switch over. The fit of duo diapers is quite different from the AIOs and fitteds - trimmer in the crotch , no gussets and have a higher rise, IMO.

I have to flip my AIOs inside out but then they dry in one cycle even on low they fully dry.

I use all three; Duo Pockets, fitteds and AIOs on my daughter. The AIOs and the fitteds seem to fit about the same while the Pocket seems to be a bit bigger. The fitted and pockets are used at night with a hemp insert.

Right now she is about 15lbs and 5 months and is still fitting into size 1s. I do believe this is coming to an end and we will be pulling out the size 2s any day now.
