So, what's the difference?

Obviously the price and I understand how the headrest is adjustable in the elite, but does that typically make a big difference? Is the padding the same, or more generous in the elite? I have also read that the arm rests swing out of the way on the elite, which would help with self-buckling, but I was at TRS today (only had the elite) and could not get it to do this.

Any pros or cons one way of the other?

I've not heard that the armrests swing out. I think the biggest thing is just the padding. It has that extra pillow thing in the headrest, and then I think it's just more cushy all over.
