Sorry, I lost this thread. I resigned because there was alot wrong with the department I worked for and higher ups refused to see it, covered for it, or were a part of it and I was not willing to compromise my personal ethics to stay. Part of me misses the work itself but now that I have a 2 month old, I don't know if I want to go back.....I'm dispatching in the meantime elsewhere.
