Can't access pm's!!

I've contacted DS admins twice so far, and haven't gotten a response. I can't access my pm's. When I click on "Private Messages" in the upper right, under "welcome", I just get a window where there are 4 folders on the left: Unread, Read, Replied to, and Forwarded. Nothing happens when I click on any of them. Then, to the right, my only option is to download all pms.

I have things for sale that people want to buy, and I can't even message them to let them know that I've gotten their pm's. I've even tried doing a search for the person's name, clicking on their name, selecting "Send Private Message" and I still can't do it. A window chows up with an area for text, a bunch of icons on the left, but I can't send anything.

Can someone please help?

which admins did you pm? I haven't gotten any messages from you.
It sounds like your having the same issues one of the other admins was having, she was able to log in using I think she said internet explorer instead of firefox, try that and I will direct this thread to the techs.

I just it through "contact us," so I'm not sure specifically who it went to...

I couldn't open mine on firefighters either. She suggested upgrading my FireFox. I did and it wouldn't open at all.

Ah, thank you!! It opens when I use IE. Never even thought to try that. Y'all have saved my sanity

I went a wee bit nutty when it happened to me. I kept seeing that my pm's were piling up and couldn't get in there. I had like 60 in two days and was all "Nooooo!!!"



I do know that I tried updating firefox and it didn't work the first time. I had a widow pop up a week or so later that said "update now" clicked that and it was all fixed!

We have reported the issue to tech team
