Anyone heard the heart beat yet?
Me and my hubby got to hear the baby's heart beat yesterday using a doppler at the midwife's house.
I am using a CNM who also happens to be an herbalist. I walked away with a lot of interesting goodies. Some sort of dried green stuff that's super healthy and high in protein that I am supposed to mix and drink (unfortunately slightly unpleasant) and a pregnancy tonic tea that is tolerable, except I don't like herbal teas very much. So how many of us have gotten u/s? Heard the heart beat? Or met with our providers?

Yay for healthy baby heartbeat!!!!
I met with my new Ob. It was a pretty pointless visit. I was early on so he just sent me home and told me to go to the ER if I have any problems and come back in 4 weeks. I go back July 3rd. I know I will be able to hear the hb by then. Hoping he orders an ultrasound then as well. |

I had ultrasounds at 7 weeks and 10 weeks. Heart rate was 119 at 7 weeks.

Re: Anyone heard the heart beat yet?
I had ultrasounds at 6w and 8w1d and I have another one tomorrow (10w1d). The heart rate at 6 weeks was 92 (had just started beating
) and was up to a whopping 180 at 8w1d. Maybe he was doing some sort of baby workout during that ultrasound I'm excited to see my bean again tomorrow.

I heard it today for the first time! It was 169. I had an ultrasound 3 weeks ago in the ER (I went in for bleeding) but they wouldn't let me see it

she also printed out pictures for me. The ultrasounds through the ER/hospital are always printed on super high quality paper (like photo paper). It must just depend on the tech and/or hospital. I'd be super ticked if I didn't get to see.
