DS didnt want to make/give anything to his Dad for Fathers Day ((tear))

Breaks my heart... simply put "he doesnt deserve anything" laughing while he said it, probably half joking, but I didnt want to let him go over to his (bio)dads empty handed.
Our other 4 kids all "made" cards, did some crafts and helped put it all together and I think he finally started feeling left out of the commotion, so with a (lot) of convincing... He made a card, and picked out some of his (DS's not Dads) favorite snacks (Im sure hoping he could snack on them himself) not much, but he NEEDS to do something, and he did. ((whew, wiping the brow here))

Anyone else have to force a project, signature or gesture for dad?
