need some ideas...

I overdid it last week and have an aching neck & shoulder. I'll probably feel better in a few days if I can take it a bit easy so I just need some ideas for keeping my toddlers occupied that I won't need a lot of energy for while my husband is at work (he can't take time off but knowing him he will try to come home as early as possible at least.) I usually have tons of ideas for keeping them occupied, but I really need ideas that won't sap a lot of energy out of me. I don't know anyone in the area yet (we are new to this area) who is close enough that I could ask to babysit or come help me out unfortunately. :/ Thanks...

eta I have an almost 4 yr old boy, a 2.5 year old girl and a 9 month old boy if that helps and I do have a pack 'n play which we don't use a lot but will be using for sure...

Re: need some ideas...

What about water play? I fill a tote for dd and give her a cup, spoon and turkey baster and she has a blast. For the little one I'm not sure, does he move around much? Maybe find woke new things around the house that he hasn't seen before and you could put him and the new objects in the pack n play.

I hope you feel better soon.
